If you want the fudge to keep for 2-3 weeks, it is best kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container with wax paper or parchment paper between the layers of fudge pieces.
Can I freeze fudge?
Yes, most fudge can be frozen. All of the fudge recipes here can be frozen with the exception of our German Chocolate Fudge. Wrap the fudge tightly in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil before placing it in the freezer. You can also freeze it in a freezer-safe airtight container.
How do I thaw frozen fudge?
