Can I freeze fudge?

Yes, most fudge can be frozen. All of the fudge recipes here can be frozen with the exception of our German Chocolate Fudge. Wrap the fudge tightly in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil before placing it in the freezer. You can also freeze it in a freezer-safe airtight container.

How do I thaw frozen fudge?

It’s best to thaw frozen fudge in the refrigerator. Keep it wrapped or in the airtight container it was frozen in, and keep it in the fridge until ready to eat.
