This is definitely one of Cassey’s more difficult Ab workouts. I think it’s because she goes from one move to the next without a break.

My left leg keeps on making a weird sound (similar to knuckle cracking) each time I lift it. Especially during the leg lifts and leg extensions. So I do just a bit of those moves, will this slow down or not have any effect on my abs? I am trying hard but I have sensitive bones. I hope with time to get stronger. You are really sweet

That was great!!! I’ve been doing pop pilates for about 7 years now. I love all of your videos, this one really challenged me! I love your leggings in this too! Are they popflex? Also hair looks amazing 😊
